WEBINAR Resolution of ROW Disputes over Relocation of Utility Facilities

Join TATOA for this informative webinar that will present a framework for resolving disputes over the relocation of utility facilities in public rights-of-way (ROW). Every day local governments have to address ROW disputes over the relocation of all nature of utility facilities resulting from public and private construction projects. These disputes tend to be multi-party and fact-intensive negotiations centered around who is responsible for paying the costs of facilities relocation. The fact that state laws applicable to utility facility relocation are not in one place further complicates resolution of these disputes. TATOA has a solution! In this webinar, we will introduce TATOA’s updated Utility Facilities Relocation Manual, which consolidates in one volume all applicable state statutes, and provide an overview of the steps to resolves these disputes. Public works engineers, right-of-way personnel, and attorneys are encouraged to attend.
