2025 Government Programming Awards

What

Entries for TATOA's 2025 Government Programming Awards are now being accepted through Aug. 1, 2025.

We have many new categories this year, and there are no longer combined budget categories. If a category does not have enough entries, it will be combined into one budget tier come judging time.

Lodging

The Woodlands Resort is hosting the 2025 TATOA Conference and is offering a special discounted room rate of $219 per night which can be booked on our unique TATOA reservation page, or call the hotel directly at (281) 367-1100 and state that you are with the conference.

Cancellation Policy

If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed with remaining refunded if written cancellation is emailed to david.mcelroy@sanantonio.gov by October 1. No refunds will be honored after October 26th.

GOLF NETWORKING EVENT

The beautiful Woodlands Resort is situated among a world-class country club, so what better way to kickoff the conference with a round of golf? Build your network with video professionals from across the state while enjoying a round of golf. The exclusive TATOA green fee is just $75 each golfer, and must be paid with personal funds apart from conference registration. Space will be limited.

As is our tradition, we will also host a networking session on the evening of Tuesday, November 4th. This is a great opportunity to pick the brains of your peers along the scenic Waterway in The Woodlands, Texas.

TATOA has added an additional full day of sessions to the conference this year! Previous years packed every session and the Awards dinner into one day. This year, we've added more opportunity for growth and networking to help you grow your skills, and come away more equipped to make your best work in your city's creative and legal team.
