The Woodlands Resort is hosting the 2025 TATOA Conference and is offering a special discounted room rate of $219 per night which can be booked on our unique TATOA reservation page, or call the hotel directly at (281) 367-1100 and state that you are with the conference.
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed with remaining refunded if written cancellation is emailed to david.mcelroy@sanantonio.gov by October 21. No refunds will be honored after October 21.
